Dr. M is an award-winning author, popular public speaker, and president of a consulting firm. Her books include Too Old for This, Too Young for That! Your Survival Guide for the Middle School Years and Girl's: What's So Bad About Being Good? How to Have Fun, Survive the Preteen Years, and Be True to Yourself. She holds a PhD in developmental psychology and has done research with children, teens, and adults of all ages. For 11 years, she was the national online advice columnist for Girl Scouts of the USA. She has appeared on many television shows, including Today, been a guest on many radio programs, and been quoted in numerous newspapers and national magazines.
